Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Timmy Friberger made the kick off which started today's match. 2 minutes into the game, Ruperto Ufret was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Astillero del Guayas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Björkö BK the free kick. After 3 played minutes Astillero del Guayas got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Ufret. 3 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goal looked a bit too open when Jeferson Melo came free, but Long Yuan De reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 5th minute Björkö BK were awarded a corner. Hans Kihlman went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Elias Strömqvist almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Astillero del Guayas's Long Yuan De did a great save. Elias Strömqvist in the 5thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Long Yuan De, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Timmy Friberger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Astillero del Guayas's zone, Timmy Friberger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Long Yuan De came out of the goal and Timmy Friberger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Elias Strömqvist came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Björkö BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elias Strömqvist couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Astillero del Guayas's Long Yuan De got control of the ball when Elias Strömqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Elias Strömqvist reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Long Yuan De. The goal made the score 1-0. Long Yuan De showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timmy Friberger in the 26th minute of the match. Astillero del Guayas's Zarando Eguizabal got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The corner led Björkö BK's Hans Kihlman to fire away a dangerous shot which Long Yuan De despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 33rd play minutes Elias Strömqvist shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Long Yuan De and just under the crossbar into goal. Elias Strömqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Long Yuan De having to make a save. Astillero del Guayas's Long Yuan De played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timmy Friberger in the 44th minute of play. After some careless play in the Astillero del Guayas defense, Elias Strömqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Long Yuan De. The Astillero del Guayas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Long Yuan De should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zarando Eguizabal to make the kick off. If Xaven Galiana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariusz Zdeb didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xaven Galiana went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Long Yuan De showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timmy Friberger, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 62 minutes into the match, Timmy Friberger notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Astillero del Guayas's Long Yuan De. Long Yuan De was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marques Martin was extremely unlucky when he, in the 66th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Long Yuan De took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Strömqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zarando Eguizabal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mariusz Zdeb having to make a save. In the 78thth minute of the game Elias Strömqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Astillero del Guayas's Long Yuan De was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Long Yuan De made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Strömqvist in the 81st minute of play. In the 86th minute Timmy Friberger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Long Yuan De saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Long Yuan De didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Timmy Friberger went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. Björkö BK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
