Johnny Blomquist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Åke Rudberg having to make a save. In the 31stth minute of the game Ingmar Hellkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nolmyra FC's Hampus Albohm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vit Röd in the 36th minute of play forced FC Töve's goalkeeper Åke Rudberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, FC Töve's goal looked a bit too open when Bror Sundström came free, but Åke Rudberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nick Elin kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bror Sundström in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Åke Rudberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ingmar Hellkvist was the one to do the kick off. Bror Sundström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 52nd minute of the match, Bror Sundström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Åke Rudberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The Nolmyra FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Nolmyra FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
