The supporters of FC Real Leonana booed when Ampthill FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zack Alderson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Zane Woodhall's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Casper Hulsebos was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Argyris Loukoumakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thijs Hermensen in the 20th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan Hendrik Paas got free with Argyris Loukoumakis in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th minute Stamatis Pegiadis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Argyris Loukoumakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Casper Hulsebos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zack Alderson in the 34th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Stamatis Pegiadis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Argyris Loukoumakis. Stamatis Pegiadis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jan Hendrik Paas to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, FC Real Leonana's goal looked a bit too open when Zack Alderson came free, but Casper Hulsebos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Argyris Loukoumakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Hendrik Paas, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 59 minutes into the game, Dong Quan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ampthill FC's Zack Alderson managed to work through FC Real Leonana's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Zack Alderson dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 78th minute, Wang Hao Zheng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Casper Hulsebos was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 83rd minute Dong Quan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Argyris Loukoumakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
