Argyris Loukoumakis came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by ReyPoxo's Tales Lucas. But to his dismay, Tales Lucas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Ampthill FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Tales Lucas scored to the left of an out of position Argyris Loukoumakis, making the score, 2-0. After having played for 13 minutes, Leif Larsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ReyPoxo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leif Larsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Argyris Loukoumakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Hegoi in the 39th minute of play. ReyPoxo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leif Larsen in the 41st minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albano Hegoi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Tales Lucas came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the ReyPoxo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tales Lucas couldn't finish the play. Argyris Loukoumakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tales Lucas, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. A collision led to Ampthill FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Li Hai Yan hit a great ball. ReyPoxo made a substitution. Anatolio Gasso replaced Juan Pablo Yanovitskiy. In the 73rd minute of the match Ampthill FC got a corner. ReyPoxo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zane Woodhall ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Ampthill FC's Zane Woodhall to fire away a dangerous shot which Zoilo Coira despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fitz Pickard in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zoilo Coira saved ReyPoxo from getting behind. Urdin Alabern hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Argyris Loukoumakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tales Lucas, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Samuel Etoo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Argyris Loukoumakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of ReyPoxo booed when Ampthill FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fitz Pickard didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 86 played minutes, ReyPoxo's Leif Larsen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Argyris Loukoumakis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ReyPoxo reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Li Hai Yan in the 87th minute of play forced ReyPoxo's goalkeeper Zoilo Coira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ali Numan Abanoz charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ali Numan Abanoz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ampthill FC's Ali Numan Abanoz got a free kick in the 91st minute.
