In the 4th minute, Piara Turko fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ian Melo, passed just outside the right post. Fábio Valadares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ian Melo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ian Melo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fábio Valadares in the 11th minute of the match. São Brás FC were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Xanda FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zachary Zdrojowy took the corner. After taking down the ball on São Brás FC's corner Zachary Zdrojowy fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ian Melo quite easily take care of the ball. In the 21st minute, São Brás FC's Piara Turko ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ian Melo. Ian Melo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Ian Melo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ian Melo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piara Turko in the 26th minute of play. The supporters of São Brás FC booed when Xanda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrique Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maicon Aguiar hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Zachary Zdrojowy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ian Melo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Xanda FC's Ian Melo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piara Turko in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Piara Turko dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ian Melo, 2-0. Ian Melo had great luck who in the 44thth minute grab hold of the ball when Piara Turko from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Norberto da Silva in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cecilio Polo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Matías Guedes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Xanda FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Matías Guedes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cecilio Polo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

After a defensive mix-up in Xanda FC's zone, Gervásio Palhares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ian Melo came out of the goal and Gervásio Palhares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ian Melo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Piara Turko's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Ian Melo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piara Turko, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Ian Melo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fábio Valadares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ian Melo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piara Turko in the 61st minute of play. Renan Paes got a throw-in 64 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jânio Baptista. After 65 played minutes São Brás FC got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Puskás. 67 minutes into the match, São Brás FC's Fábio Valadares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ian Melo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 69th minute Fábio Valadares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to São Brás FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Benedito Malta hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute, Maicon Aguiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Zachary Zdrojowy came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the São Brás FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zachary Zdrojowy couldn't finish the play. A collision led to São Brás FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Zachary Zdrojowy hit a great ball. Henrique Ramos kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. If Piara Turko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Piara Turko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Ian Melo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th match minute, Xanda FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genílson Pontes to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute Piara Turko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
