Facundo Mardell went to the cornerflag to take it. Facundo Mardell made a great header on Gasoleros FC's corner, it was just that Vetusta's Ray De Lauw managed to reach the ball for a save. When Jose-Manuel Jauregui fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vetusta's protests and gave Jose-Manuel Jauregui a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Gasoleros FC booed when Vetusta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose-Manuel Jauregui didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vetusta's Ray De Lauw played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Facundo Mardell in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom-Lukas Queraria in the 20th minute of play forced Vetusta's goalkeeper Ray De Lauw to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Tom-Lukas Queraria notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Vetusta's Ray De Lauw. Ray De Lauw was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vetusta's Iosu Toxeiro managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Maxime Tijs in the 32 minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ascencio Quintas in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodoro Breogan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 38 minutes Gasoleros FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hanot Perdices who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Vetusta's Nicolás Rua getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Teodoro Breogan was a little too slow when Ascencio Quintas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ascencio Quintas in the 53rd minute of play forced Gasoleros FC's goalkeeper Teodoro Breogan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute, Ascencio Quintas made a precise shot to the right of Teodoro Breogan. Gasoleros FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. 59 minutes into the match, Vetusta's goalkeeper Ray De Lauw had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Facundo Mardell. Facundo Mardell scored 2-2 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ray De Lauw, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 70 minutes into the match, Gasoleros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ascencio Quintas came free, but Teodoro Breogan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ascencio Quintas spun around in front of the goal 71 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Gasoleros FC's goal. Gasoleros FC's Teodoro Breogan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ascencio Quintas in the 74th minute of play. Vetusta's Ray De Lauw proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Vetusta from getting a goal against them. Teodoro Breogan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ascencio Quintas's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Teodoro Breogan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose-Manuel Jauregui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Vetusta getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Iosu Toxeiro hit a great ball. Vetusta were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
