Camilo Ferran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Tom Riddle made a huge save. A hard shot 15 in the game by Camilo Ferran from a close distance when the talented Tom Riddle managed to make a qualified save. Australian Youth Academy's players were relieved. The supporters of Australian Youth Academy booed when ► EL GRAN DOGO ◄ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Laurgain didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honorio Senin hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. The supporters of ► EL GRAN DOGO ◄ booed when Australian Youth Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rufus Roach didn't get a good kick on the ball. Garth Brough took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jose Nuñez. Jose Nuñez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 31st minute, Camilo Ferran fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Australian Youth Academy's Tom Riddle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Australian Youth Academy from getting a goal against them. When ► EL GRAN DOGO ◄'s Camilo Ferran in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Australian Youth Academy's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Garth Brough managed to get in a good position for a shot. Australian Youth Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Garth Brough was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jose Nuñez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The wind increased when Camilo Ferran made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Garth Brough in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jose Nuñez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 55th match minute, Australian Youth Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ellis Hoskin to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute, Baldomiro Laurgain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tom Riddle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steve Burmeister, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baldomiro Laurgain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Riddle having to interfere. Australian Youth Academy made a substitution. Fletcher Baba replaced Gabriel Martini. The audience was convinced that Garth Brough's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jose Nuñez was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. ► EL GRAN DOGO ◄'s Jose Nuñez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garth Brough in the 72nd minute of play. Jose Nuñez came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Australian Youth Academy's Garth Brough. But to his dismay, Garth Brough quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Jose Nuñez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Garth Brough, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fletcher Baba got free with Jose Nuñez in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jose Nuñez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Garth Brough's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Jose Nuñez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Garth Brough in the 87th minute of play. After 89 played minutes Australian Youth Academy got a freekick which was hit by Jason Butterfield. In the 90th minute of the match Camilo Ferran sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tom Riddle skillfully saved the ball. The ► EL GRAN DOGO ◄ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Australian Youth Academy's performance. The match ended with a win for Australian Youth Academy.
