Thanks to some nice moves Cezary Tusk could shoot a difficult shot in the 5th minute, which Emiliano Martínez however easily saved by the left post. After 7 minutes Fecha Libre's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carter Musacchio who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Urbs LC's corner Carter Musacchio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emiliano Martínez quite easily take care of the ball. Emiliano Martínez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilberto Hats in the 8th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Gilberto Hats dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emiliano Martínez, 1-0. Emiliano Martínez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Ihazintu in the 15th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Fecha Libre's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Ihazintu came free, but Emiliano Martínez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute of the match, Gilberto Hats got a very nice opportunity to score, but Emiliano Martínez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Emiliano Martínez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilberto Hats in the 28th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Norbert Pollák kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fecha Libre's goalkeeper Emiliano Martínez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Martins Palermo took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Eugenio Santoro to make any attempt to save it. Fecha Libre's Igli Tare was substituted for Martins Palermo. Urbs LC's Ennio Di Marzio was substituted for Gilberto Hats. Carter Musacchio was slow to take the kick. During this time Urbs LC's players had a chance to rest. Urbs LC's Pastor Ihazintu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emiliano Martínez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Urbs LC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
