In the 15th minute of the match, Peanut Lord tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kıvanç Yücesan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 16 minutes SC Pfullendorf's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Karin Juniors who took care of the corner kick. Silvinho Pinheiro took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zorion Carić. Zorion Carić dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Argyris Zagorakis in the 25th minute of play forced Slipmaskinerna's goalkeeper Zorion Carić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Argyris Zagorakis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Pfullendorf fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After 35 minutes, Silvinho Pinheiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Pfullendorf and the Slipmaskinerna players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th minute Argyris Zagorakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zorion Carić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Peanut Lord was the one to do the kick off. Zorion Carić was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With an all-out effort, SC Pfullendorf's Zorion Carić threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 彭森银, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. SC Pfullendorf's Silvinho Pinheiro got his second yellow card of the match in the 66th minute. The referee ordered Silvinho Pinheiro off the ground. In the 95th minute of the match SC Pfullendorf got a corner. Slipmaskinerna's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. David Moya ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in David Moya almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Slipmaskinerna's Zorion Carić did a great save. SC Pfullendorf's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
