The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gugu Goiano was slow to take the kick. During this time Black is Back's players had a chance to rest. Black is Back's Gugu Goiano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Aykutalp İspinoz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 12 minutes into the match, Durian FC's Feri Siagian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Peter Svanberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Björn Ström might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aykutalp İspinoz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Björn Ström ran back to his position shaking his head. Durian FC's Aykutalp İspinoz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Björn Ström in the 16th minute of play. A throw-in in the 17th minute of the game was made by Syamsul Rinaldi with Mukti Yudhoyono as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 20 minutes in the game, Otto Kaxe dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. If Edvin Melhus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Björn Ström sped through Durian FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aykutalp İspinoz. 27 minutes into the match, Black is Back's goalkeeper Peter Svanberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renátó Márkus. Aykutalp İspinoz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Björn Ström's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Georg Moberg put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Aykutalp İspinoz. Durian FC's Aykutalp İspinoz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georg Moberg in the 40th minute of play. A collision led to Durian FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Fadhil Sutha hit a great ball. After 44 played minutes, Black is Back's Carl Gummeson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aykutalp İspinoz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Black is Back reached it. In the 45th match minute, Durian FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Can Keep to maneuver through the defense. Aykutalp İspinoz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gugu Goiano in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Björn Ström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Aykutalp İspinoz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gilbert Sjögren's late challenge caught a Durian FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilbert Sjögren helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th match minute, Black is Back was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbert Sjögren to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes in the game Syamsul Rinaldi did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Mukti Yudhoyono. A collision led to Black is Back getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Björn Ström hit a great ball. Björn Ström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Björn Ström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Aykutalp İspinoz made a huge save. After some careless play in the Durian FC defense, Edvin Melhus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aykutalp İspinoz. The Durian FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aykutalp İspinoz should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Georg Moberg in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. In the 85th minute, Björn Ström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Björn Ström in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aykutalp İspinoz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 88th minute of the game Syamsul Rinaldi made a throw-in which Feri Siagian played forward. The crowd rose to their feet as Edvin Melhus kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aykutalp İspinoz. That made the score 0-7 in the 90 minute of play. In the 93rd minute Otto Kaxe suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Björn Ström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aykutalp İspinoz having to make a save. Black is Back's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
