The audience was convinced that Dino Simeoni's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cesario Sangra was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. With a little luck, 25 de Noviembre FBC's Cesario Sangra got control of the ball when Alberto Scutti tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th minute Alberto Scutti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesario Sangra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabio Bottone could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Cesario Sangra made a huge save. Corrado Spitaleri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Bareiro in the 25th minute of play. Cesario Sangra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabio Bottone in the 27th minute. In the 31st minute Franco Epifani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesario Sangra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alberto Scutti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Borgo Doria F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Borgo Doria F.C.'s Alberto Scutti looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Franco Villalobos charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Franco Villalobos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Xeromo Atauri hit a great ball. Edmondo Melone took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cesario Sangra. Cesario Sangra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aristides Felipez to make the kick off. Adam Bareiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Corrado Spitaleri made a huge save. In the 56th match minute, 25 de Noviembre FBC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Vada to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Scutti in the 57th minute of play forced 25 de Noviembre FBC's goalkeeper Cesario Sangra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adam Bareiro succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 60th playminute. After 64 minutes of play, Borgo Doria F.C.'s Dino Simeoni made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cesario Sangra was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cesario Sangra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Scutti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Borgo Doria F.C.'s Alberto Scutti to fire away a dangerous shot which Cesario Sangra despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 89 minutes of play, Borgo Doria F.C.'s Dino Simeoni made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cesario Sangra was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Bottone in the 93rd minute of play forced 25 de Noviembre FBC's goalkeeper Cesario Sangra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cesario Sangra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Bottone in the 94th minute of the match. Cesario Sangra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmondo Melone went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Borgo Doria F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
