An unexpectedly hard shot by Olof Wiberg in the 9th minute of play forced União Sport Clube Paredes's goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simon Manex made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Alexandre Santana sent off a good shot on target. Alexandre Santana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Simon Manex made a huge save. When Benjamin Oskitz fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kukova United's protests and gave Benjamin Oskitz a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Kukova United getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Benjamin Oskitz hit a great ball. Jacek Gotfryd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Edwin van der Sar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simon Manex made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Alexandre Santana sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Kukova United getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Tibor Pitoňák hit a great ball. Dabi Saens was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 22nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Dabi Saens received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Simon Manex came out and tried to block the shot, but Dabi Saens slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 24th minute. Alexandre Santana scored 2-0 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Simon Manex, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edwin van der Sar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Ftáčnik in the 39th minute of play. Kukova United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Matúš Kriššák in the 40th minute. The corner ended in Ivan Hrdina almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but União Sport Clube Paredes's Edwin van der Sar did a great save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Kukova United's Jacek Gotfryd got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 56 played minutes União Sport Clube Paredes got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Barbosa. After 62 minutes União Sport Clube Paredes's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Matúš Kriššák who took care of the corner kick. Kukova United's Lukáš Greško was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Edwin van der Sar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 64th minute Kukova United were awarded a corner. Matúš Kriššák went to the cornerflag to take it. Kukova United's Simon Manex played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerónimo Furtado in the 67th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Benjamin Oskitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kukova United made a substitution. Hugo Futej replaced Jacek Gotfryd. In the 73rd minute, Benjamin Oskitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edwin van der Sar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olof Wiberg in the 79th minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, União Sport Clube Paredes's Roman Quilo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Simon Manex made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Kukova United's Pavol Halko was substituted for Olof Wiberg. In the 92nd minute Alexandre Santana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Manex saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simon Manex came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by União Sport Clube Paredes's Jerónimo Furtado. But to his dismay, Jerónimo Furtado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. União Sport Clube Paredes fully deserved thier win.
