Jarbas Guedes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Rony Tasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Tales Falcão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boca Juniors's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
