After having played for 16 minutes, Domingos Sanson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viruela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domingos Sanson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Viruela's Prudencio Hitzeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 毛昆夕 in the 19th minute of play. 秦桦皓 charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 秦桦皓 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 23 minutes into the match, Viruela's Raimundo Bonifaco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 姜珂悦 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Prudencio Hitzeder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 秦桦皓 in the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 毛昆夕 in the 33rd minute of play forced Viruela's goalkeeper Prudencio Hitzeder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 40 played minutes Viruela got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Barea. 41 minutes into the match, Viruela's goal looked a bit too open when 巩奕霆 came free, but Prudencio Hitzeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 毛昆夕 to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in 辽宁盘锦668代表队's zone, Domingos Sanson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 姜珂悦 came out of the goal and Domingos Sanson tried to chip the ball over his head. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
