Stefan Eklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthias Lagerberg in the 31st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Jörn Hylander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Papilio's supporters rose to their feet, but Jörn Hylander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stefan Eklund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jimmie Löfdahl kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Ivan Västlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Blixt, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Björnlunda IF's goal looked a bit too open when Matthias Lagerberg came free, but Stefan Eklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Edward Enegren in the 63rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Björnlunda IF's Mats Rubarth. After 65 minutes, Simon Wennersten mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Björnlunda IF and the Papilio players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Björnlunda IF's Simon Wennersten got a free kick in the 65th minute. Simon Wennersten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Ivan Västlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 70 minutes into the game, Sven-Edvin Blixt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. After 78 minutes Papilio's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edvard Hellqvist who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Edvard Hellqvist almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Papilio's Ivan Västlund did a great save. Jimmie Löfdahl charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
