After 16 minutes, Cyril Pattberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mäusekicker and the Talento Futebol clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. 16 minutes into the game, one of Mäusekicker:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ole Bentin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dagoberto Ferreira in the 21st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matteo Güllmann got free with Michel van der Bij in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee felt a red card was in order, 28 minutes into the game, when Fraco Zago put in a rough tackle. After 29 played minutes Talento Futebol clube got a freekick which was hit by Fraco Zago. Mäusekicker's Yildiz Ebert couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 30th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Talento Futebol clube. In the 32nd minute of the match, Dietrich Griese tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Michel van der Bij saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After having played for 35 minutes, Dagoberto Ferreira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talento Futebol clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dagoberto Ferreira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dagoberto Ferreira in the 39th minute of play forced Mäusekicker's goalkeeper Ole Bentin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Talento Futebol clube's goal looked a bit too open when Dietrich Griese came free, but Michel van der Bij reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dagoberto Ferreira in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ole Bentin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 44 minutes, Dagoberto Ferreira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talento Futebol clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dagoberto Ferreira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Talento Futebol clube were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Dietrich Griese made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Talento Futebol clube getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Luisinho Ferraz hit a great ball. In the 56th minute Dietrich Griese shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel van der Bij saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dietrich Griese in the 58th minute of play forced Talento Futebol clube's goalkeeper Michel van der Bij to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michel van der Bij showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matteo Güllmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Jean Perez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ole Bentin having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dagoberto Ferreira in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ole Bentin saved Mäusekicker from getting behind. Michel van der Bij showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matteo Güllmann in the 67th minute of the match. Mathias Kothes charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mathias Kothes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 69th match minute, Mäusekicker was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathias Kothes to maneuver through the defense. If Jean Perez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Dagoberto Ferreira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ole Bentin. The goal made the score 0-2. Dietrich Griese scored 1-2 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Michel van der Bij, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ole Bentin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean Perez in the 81st minute of play. Michel van der Bij showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dietrich Griese, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Bernardo Pernambucano kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Although Mäusekicker had been in control for most of the match, Talento Futebol clube still came away with the win.
