Odion Tao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermengol Alberete in the 17th minute of play. Intxixu Huarte took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Odion Tao. Odion Tao dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Melchester Rovers's Odion Tao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artal Baltanas in the 23rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Melchester Rovers's Jörgen Byström got a free kick in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicola Berti in the 29th minute of play forced Melchester Rovers's goalkeeper Odion Tao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Örjan Kvick's late challenge caught a Socavon FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Örjan Kvick helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Socavon FC booed when Melchester Rovers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Örjan Kvick didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Socavon FC fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Socavon FC's Ermengol Alberete looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A.J. 太史慈 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Melchester Rovers's goal looked a bit too open when Ermengol Alberete came free, but Odion Tao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Melchester Rovers booed when Socavon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicola Berti didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Melchester Rovers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Socavon FC were winning 0-4.

The wind increased when Ermengol Alberete made the kick off in the second half. Melchester Rovers's Odion Tao proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Melchester Rovers from getting a goal against them. Odion Tao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artal Baltanas, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The audience was convinced that Intxixu Huarte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Odion Tao was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. The referee showed A.J. 太史慈 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th minute, A.J. 太史慈 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Socavon FC made a substitution. Bernaldo Maquibar replaced Nicola Berti. Socavon FC's Xano Martijana was substituted for Artal Baltanas. In the 78th minute, Ermengol Alberete got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Socavon FC's Bernaldo Maquibar got a free kick in the 83rd minute. When Melchester Rovers's A.J. 太史慈 in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Socavon FC reached it. 90 minutes into the game, Melchester Rovers's Ian Ekenberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sindo Porregimon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, A.J. 太史慈 managed to get in a good position for a shot. Melchester Rovers's supporters rose to their feet, but A.J. 太史慈 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sindo Porregimon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 96th play minute Xano Martijana came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Odion Tao. 2-6. When the match was over Socavon FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Melchester Rovers throughout the match.
