Mosqueteiros 4EVER were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Estudiantes de América's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dagoberto Albuquerque took the corner. Mosqueteiros 4EVER's Dagoberto Albuquerque was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcos Ranolfo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Kraig Fred scored 3-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hugo de Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcos Ranolfo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Millano Almandoz in the 24th minute of the match. Korneliusz Miodek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.
