Crystal Lawns's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Americo Fernendo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Willis Kirkland came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Estrellas de Caballito's Omar Gelmiro. But to his dismay, Omar Gelmiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eusébio Da Silva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Willis Kirkland didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eusébio Da Silva went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Eusébio Da Silva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Willis Kirkland made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusébio Da Silva got free with Willis Kirkland in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eusébio Da Silva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Willis Kirkland made a huge save. Mohammed Stroud hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, Herminio Haimar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Estrellas de Caballito fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-12.
