After 5 minutes Flock of Eagles's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pitin Vallejo who took care of the corner kick. Leonard Treppa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Tobias Pilblad made a huge save. Filip Wennersten made in the 13th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Tirant lo Blanch's Bernardo España. Tirant lo Blanch's Kamal Pahlevi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabin Mergea in the 19th minute of play. When Leonard Treppa came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Tirant lo Blanch fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonard Treppa couldn't finish the play. Leonard Treppa might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tobias Pilblad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonard Treppa ran back to his position shaking his head. Flock of Eagles's Tobias Pilblad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Treppa in the 38th minute of play. Tobias Pilblad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonard Treppa in the 42nd minute of the match. Leonard Treppa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tobias Pilblad came out and tried to block the shot, but Leonard Treppa slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 45th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonard Treppa to strike the kick off in the second half. Leonard Treppa took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tobias Pilblad. Tobias Pilblad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Flock of Eagles's Tobias Pilblad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Treppa in the 61st minute of play. Fritz Billström kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Leonard Treppa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Pilblad having to interfere. When Tirant lo Blanch's Carmen Paniagua in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Flock of Eagles's goalie prevented a goal. In the 82nd minute Carmen Paniagua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Pilblad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flock of Eagles's Tobias Pilblad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Raymundo in the 84th minute of play. Flock of Eagles's Christoffer Kock was substituted for Olle Sigman. Flock of Eagles's Jonathan Andreasson was substituted for Åke Hägg. Filip Wennersten made in the 93rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Christoffer Kock. For all the effort they put into the match, the Flock of Eagles players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tirant lo Blanch.
