Fredric Ahlén was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 11 minutes into the match, Andrew Baller notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Drunken Sea Monkeys's Kevin Kivaste. Kevin Kivaste was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 14 minutes into the game, Jaak Lauka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Drunken Sea Monkeys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Finninge Fotboll the free kick. 24 minutes into the match, Andrew Baller had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kevin Kivaste. Drunken Sea Monkeys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andrew Baller was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. If Andrew Baller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Richard Liljeström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Richard Liljeström hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Kevin Kivaste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrew Baller in the 38th minute of the match. Drunken Sea Monkeys's Kevin Kivaste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrew Baller in the 42nd minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andrew Baller to strike the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 52 in the game by Andrew Baller from a close distance when the talented Kevin Kivaste managed to make a qualified save. Drunken Sea Monkeys's players were relieved. Andrew Baller blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kevin Kivaste having to make a save. 56 minutes into the game, Andrew Baller cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Richard Liljeström was extremely unlucky when he, in the 63rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 65 minutes into the match, Drunken Sea Monkeys's goal looked a bit too open when Andrew Baller came free, but Kevin Kivaste reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Andrew Baller recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kevin Kivaste. Andrew Baller showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. Andrew Baller might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kevin Kivaste. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andrew Baller ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 75th minute of the match Isaac Sandberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kevin Kivaste skillfully saved the ball. Kevin Kivaste took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrew Baller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 minutes, Richard Liljeström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Finninge Fotboll and the Drunken Sea Monkeys players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Finninge Fotboll's Richard Liljeström got a free kick in the 78th minute. Finninge Fotboll made a substitution. Kevin Stabbe replaced Andrew Baller. After 79 played minutes Finninge Fotboll got a freekick which was hit by Richard Liljeström. Gabriel Avădanei struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Kevin Kivaste didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Finninge Fotboll. In the 84th minute, Finninge Fotboll's Richard Liljeström dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-7. Kevin Stabbe who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Kevin Kivaste when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 1-8 when Kevin Stabbe sped through Drunken Sea Monkeys's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kevin Kivaste. If Kevin Stabbe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, one of Finninge Fotboll:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Finninge Fotboll. In the 97th minute of the match, Kevin Stabbe tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kevin Kivaste saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the match was over Finninge Fotboll could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Drunken Sea Monkeys throughout the match.
