An unexpectedly hard shot by Richie Puch in the 11th minute of play forced Finninge Fotboll's goalkeeper Fredric Ahlén to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richie Puch blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fredric Ahlén having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramon Isias in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fredric Ahlén saved Finninge Fotboll from getting behind. 23 minutes into the game, Finninge Fotboll's Andrew Baller nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Łukasz Fabiański made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 26th minute, Ramon Isias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Łukasz Fabiański showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrew Baller, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Andrew Baller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Łukasz Fabiański read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. When Wladyslaw Paraszczuk fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gwarek Zabrze's protests and gave Wladyslaw Paraszczuk a yellow card for diving instead. In the 54th minute, Henning Kempf sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gwarek Zabrze's Łukasz Fabiański didn't even have to move. Isaac Sandberg charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Kevin Stabbe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Finninge Fotboll's supporters rose to their feet, but Kevin Stabbe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Łukasz Fabiański breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
