Dorival Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Matas in the 4th minute of play. Michel Hendrickx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcel Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaias Matas got free with Dorival Freire in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Olavarria FC's Mauro Kotlar was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dorival Freire in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Isaias Matas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Dorival Freire made a huge save. Isaias Matas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dorival Freire read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. After 15 minutes Premier FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mauro Kotlar who took care of the corner kick. Premier FC's Dorival Freire proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Premier FC from getting a goal against them. 18 minutes into the game, Isaias Matas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dorival Freire. Isaias Matas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Dorival Freire made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Isaias Matas sent off a good shot on target. In the 25th minute, Isaias Matas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dorival Freire was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Isaias Matas might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dorival Freire. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isaias Matas ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Isaias Matas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olavarria FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaias Matas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dorival Freire breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dudu Gaspar made in the 34th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Olavarria FC's Faustino Bordon. Isaias Matas struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Dorival Freire didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olavarria FC. The throw-in from Dudu Gaspar in the 42nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Olavarria FC's Faustino Bordon. In the 48th minute of the match Olavarria FC got a corner. Premier FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mauro Kotlar ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 48th match minute, Olavarria FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Bordon to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

After having played for 53 minutes, Isaias Matas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olavarria FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaias Matas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 56 minutes, Erlin Haaland made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Olavarria FC's Michel Hendrickx tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 59th minute Isaias Matas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorival Freire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michel Hendrickx was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Erlin Haaland showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-3 in the 66 minute of play. Dorival Freire came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Olavarria FC's Isaias Matas. But to his dismay, Isaias Matas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. Arnauld Tombuer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dorival Freire having to make a save. Dorival Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnauld Tombuer, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Michel Hendrickx made an important save on a dangerous shot by Burkhard Böck in the 75th minute. Dorival Freire showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnauld Tombuer in the 80th minute of the match. After having played for 82 minutes, Arnauld Tombuer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olavarria FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnauld Tombuer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnauld Tombuer in the 83rd minute of play forced Premier FC's goalkeeper Dorival Freire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Premier FC defense, Arnauld Tombuer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dorival Freire. The Premier FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dorival Freire should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erlin Haaland in the 88th minute of play forced Olavarria FC's goalkeeper Michel Hendrickx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Arnauld Tombuer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-3. Dorival Freire was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Premier FC's goalkeeper Dorival Freire, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 95thth minute of the game Arnauld Tombuer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Premier FC's Dorival Freire was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 97th minute, Arnauld Tombuer made a precise shot to the right of Dorival Freire. Premier FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-3.
