Pastor Hartz dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Shaki Conn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Reis in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Yuri Reis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shaki Conn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, ForestFire's goal looked a bit too open when Ulisses Aparecido came free, but Shaki Conn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shaki Conn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuri Reis in the 25th minute of the match. After 26 minutes ForestFire's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Caetano Tasso who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Urtzi Zamorano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Shaki Conn quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience was convinced that Urtzi Zamorano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Shaki Conn was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Femke Bol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito James, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Femke Bol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Navarro in the 41st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Navarro in the 46th minute of play forced Figueira SC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Femke Bol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Urtzi Zamorano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Shaki Conn made a huge save. Pastor Hartz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
