But to his dismay, Leocadio Hebia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, THE CLUB's Dancho Chochov got a free kick in the 11th minute. Guo Ling Nan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douglas Ferreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guo Ling Nan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Augusto Lopes in the 13th minute of the match. Mincho Robledo took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mané Viana. Mané Viana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 20th minute, Douglas Ferreira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Mané Viana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Preslav Famparski in the 23rd minute. 27 minutes into the match, THE CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Ferreira came free, but Guo Ling Nan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's goal looked a bit too open when Mincho Robledo came free, but Mané Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. THE CLUB were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carmine Mancinelli took the corner. The corner led THE CLUB's Mincho Robledo to a score. 3-1 in the 34th minute. Dancho Chochov's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Mané Viana skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Guo Ling Nan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Brander in the 38th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Preslav Famparski fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Mané Viana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leocadio Hebia in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute of the match THE CLUB got a corner. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carmine Mancinelli ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led THE CLUB's Carmine Mancinelli to fire away a dangerous shot which Mané Viana despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Mané Viana couldn't get a good grip on the ball when Carmine Mancinelli shot the distance nicking the right pole and went into goal in the 44th minute, 4-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alf Brander to strike the kick off in the second half. Guo Ling Nan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Mané Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mincho Robledo in the 63rd minute of play. Guo Ling Nan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alf Brander in the 65th minute. After having played for 69 minutes, Dancho Chochov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. THE CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dancho Chochov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Artur Santos was substituted for Carlinhos de Brito. Renatinho Severo hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. A hard shot by João Augusto Lopes from long distance, 75 minutes into the match, got Guo Ling Nan's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The audience was convinced that Mincho Robledo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mané Viana was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Leocadio Hebia scored 5-1 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mané Viana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. THE CLUB made a substitution. Chavdar Belezhkov replaced Zhelyo Haynadzhiev. Adam Kopacz hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the match, Mincho Robledo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mané Viana. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mincho Robledo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for THE CLUB.
