After 4 played minutes The Proser Gures got a freekick which was hit by Albino Aresti. Eustacio Vincente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Ferreira in the 5th minute of play. Douglas Ferreira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eustacio Vincente having to make a save. After 11 minutes of play, Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Alf Brander made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eustacio Vincente was left in no man's land by his defense there! Salva Santa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niel Van de Zande in the 14th minute. Salva Santa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Niel Van de Zande showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 14 minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, The Proser Gures's goal looked a bit too open when Alf Brander came free, but Eustacio Vincente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Vitório da Rocha threw the ball into play from the sideline. The Proser Gures's Maximiliano Lizer quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Salva Santa made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Niel Van de Zande sent off a good shot on target. When Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Alf Brander in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Alf Brander put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Eustacio Vincente. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Eustacio Vincente came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Carlinhos de Brito. But to his dismay, Carlinhos de Brito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The supporters of The Proser Gures booed when Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitório da Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60thth minute of the game Niel Van de Zande who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Salva Santa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 61 minutes, Carlinhos de Brito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ and the The Proser Gures players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carlinhos de Brito hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Salva Santa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niel Van de Zande, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The audience was convinced that Douglas Ferreira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eustacio Vincente was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Salva Santa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niel Van de Zande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 70 minutes, Maximiliano Lizer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Proser Gures's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Lizer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ made a substitution. Artur Santos replaced Carlinhos de Brito. The Proser Gures's Prudencio Uxio was substituted for Niel Van de Zande. Prudencio Uxio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alf Brander's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Eustacio Vincente skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 78 minutes into the match, Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Uxio came free, but Salva Santa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Prudencio Uxio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Salva Santa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 81 played minutes Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ got a freekick which was hit by Vitório da Rocha. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ made a substitution. Adam Kopacz replaced Alf Brander. After a rather tough play, Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Vitório da Rocha got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Salva Santa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Toscano, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. If Prudencio Uxio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudencio Uxio in the 85th minute of play forced Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's goalkeeper Salva Santa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artur Santos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Eustacio Vincente made a huge save. 2-5 became the score in the 91st minute when Douglas Ferreira elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
