Cauan Carvalho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marco Torres's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute Lasse Delvig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedito Trigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benedito Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José San Martín, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Benedito Trigo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Rupert Dearden fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sagarana Clube's protests and gave Rupert Dearden a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ALMA GUERREIRA booed when Sagarana Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rupert Dearden didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Benedito Trigo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Sagarana Clube getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Wilson Valladares hit a great ball. Benedito Trigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José San Martín in the 33rd minute of the match. Benedito Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José San Martín, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute of the match ALMA GUERREIRA got a corner. Sagarana Clube's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Serafim Barros was the one to do the kick off. Benedito Trigo came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by ALMA GUERREIRA's Lasse Delvig. But to his dismay, Lasse Delvig quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. José San Martín fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedito Trigo having to interfere. Benedito Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José San Martín, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 60thth minute of the game Lasse Delvig who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sagarana Clube's Benedito Trigo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bruno Salles in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cauan Carvalho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The ALMA GUERREIRA support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
