Artemio Edwardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornelio Alvaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cornelio Alvaro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artemio Edwardo having to make a save. Artemio Edwardo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Flor Arganza showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 19 minute of play. With an all-out effort, Carnot's Artemio Edwardo threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Flor Arganza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 24 minutes into the match, Flor Arganza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Artemio Edwardo. Coupon Busters II AR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Flor Arganza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Verner Sundström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Artemio Edwardo made a huge save. 27 minutes into the game, Fernando Quexal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coupon Busters II AR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carnot the free kick. In the 27th match minute, Coupon Busters II AR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Quexal to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the game, Flavio Pacorro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coupon Busters II AR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carnot the free kick. Carnot made a substitution. Hernando Andrade replaced Jerson Laranga. A collision led to Coupon Busters II AR getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Flavio Pacorro hit a great ball. 37 minutes into the match, Coupon Busters II AR's goalkeeper Artemio Edwardo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cevallos Trevino. Artemio Edwardo was a little too slow when Cevallos Trevino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 5-0. Verner Sundström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the game, Cevallos Trevino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Artemio Edwardo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Verner Sundström made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Vladimiro Garin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coupon Busters II AR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimiro Garin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 53 played minutes Coupon Busters II AR got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Modestio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cevallos Trevino in the 54th minute of play forced Coupon Busters II AR's goalkeeper Artemio Edwardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Anier Menendo fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coupon Busters II AR's protests and gave Anier Menendo a yellow card for diving instead. After 55 played minutes Coupon Busters II AR got a freekick which was hit by Anier Menendo. Artemio Edwardo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cevallos Trevino went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Artemio Edwardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flor Arganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Cevallos Trevino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carnot's supporters rose to their feet, but Cevallos Trevino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artemio Edwardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 74th minute, Cevallos Trevino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Artemio Edwardo was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Verner Sundström succeeded in the game's 77th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 10-0. The supporters of Coupon Busters II AR booed when Carnot was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernando Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. Verner Sundström took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artemio Edwardo. Artemio Edwardo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. Flavio Pacorro was shown his second yellow card after 88 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 89th minute, Flavio Pacorro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artemio Edwardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cevallos Trevino in the 90th minute of the match. Vladimiro Garin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carnot walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
