The audience was convinced that Chen Yi Ran's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilbert Podolski was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Ryszard Pilipiec managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pogoń Stawiszyn's supporters rose to their feet, but Ryszard Pilipiec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stevan Stojanović breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryszard Pilipiec in the 69th minute of play forced jumpitrumpi's goalkeeper Stevan Stojanović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilbert Podolski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Buba Trubač in the 71st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Chen Yi Ran took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Gilbert Podolski to make any attempt to save it. Wlodzimierz Resel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gilbert Podolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Buba Trubač, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After 93 played minutes Pogoń Stawiszyn got a freekick which was hit by Jacek Kolbe. The jumpitrumpi players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
