In the 4th minute, Edgardo Silva made a precise shot to the right of Clemente Esteves. Sangue nos Zóio's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Clemente Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Pacheco in the 6th minute of the match. Clemente Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Glen Conklin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Sangue nos Zóio's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Pacheco came free, but Clemente Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alperen Öksüz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Clemente Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clemente Esteves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgardo Silva went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 27th minute, Edgardo Silva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clemente Esteves was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. When Jeremias Marques fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sangue nos Zóio's protests and gave Jeremias Marques a yellow card for diving instead. Jeremias Marques hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Sangue nos Zóio's goal looked a bit too open when Alperen Öksüz came free, but Clemente Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39thth minute of the game Tony Pacheco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sangue nos Zóio's Clemente Esteves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. New England Minas's attack was well implemented in the 43rd minute, but when Edgardo Silva was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Clemente Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Silva in the 45th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Sangue nos Zóio defense, Tony Pacheco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clemente Esteves. The Sangue nos Zóio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clemente Esteves should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgardo Silva made a kick off. In the 54th match minute, Sangue nos Zóio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Marques to maneuver through the defense. Edgardo Silva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Clemente Esteves made a huge save. New England Minas's Emmitt Benson was substituted for Alperen Öksüz. Clemente Esteves came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by New England Minas's Tony Pacheco. But to his dismay, Tony Pacheco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Clemente Esteves stood somewhat misplaced when Tio Lio came free in front of goal and shot 0-7 to the left of him in the 72 minute. Tio Lio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Clemente Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edvaldo Bastos scored 1-7 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeremy Nicholas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tony Pacheco received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Clemente Esteves came out and tried to block the shot, but Tony Pacheco slotted it home off the left post making it 1-8 in the 81st minute. Tony Pacheco might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clemente Esteves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tony Pacheco ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 86th minute of the match Oscar Nordmark sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clemente Esteves skillfully saved the ball. Tony Pacheco took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clemente Esteves. Clemente Esteves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-9. In the 92nd match minute, Sangue nos Zóio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleiton de Toledo to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the match, Sangue nos Zóio's goalkeeper Clemente Esteves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tio Lio. After 96 minutes of play, New England Minas's Tony Pacheco made it 1-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clemente Esteves was left in no man's land by his defense there! New England Minas's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
