Lajos Vadász showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Cote, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Club A. Independiente were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Quetzal Flyers Hammers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Manuel Cordearo took the corner. The corner ended in Manuel Cordearo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Francesco Marines did a great save. Club A. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sonny Perkins was the one to do the kick off. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Quetzal Flyers Hammers fully deserved thier win.
