In the 15th minute of the game Van 张飞 made a throw-in which Adalmo Saldanha played forward. Norberto Ursino kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Farafulla FC's zone, Emiliano Giusto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelo Boni came out of the goal and Emiliano Giusto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 29 minutes into the game, Emiliano Giusto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Angelo Boni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 35th minute, Emiliano Giusto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Old BaoBaB Accademy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Fabiano Violento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryan Portanares in the 39th minute of play. Angelo Boni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Giusto in the 40th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Emiliano Giusto put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Angelo Boni. An unexpectedly hard shot by Behçet Alp in the 45th minute of play forced Old BaoBaB Accademy's goalkeeper Fabiano Violento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Boni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Giusto in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andriy Shevchenko to make the kick off. Van 张飞 kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. In the 51st minute, Farafulla FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Emiliano Giusto fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Angelo Boni made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Emiliano Giusto sent off a good shot on target. Emiliano Giusto might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Angelo Boni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emiliano Giusto ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Giusto in the 53rd minute of play forced Farafulla FC's goalkeeper Angelo Boni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Boni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Giusto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the game, Farafulla FC's Ryan Portanares nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabiano Violento made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Old BaoBaB Accademy made a substitution. Emilio Buffone replaced Emiliano Giusto. In the 70th minute Emilio Buffone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Boni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute Behçet Alp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Violento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Farafulla FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Emilio Buffone fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Angelo Boni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Buffone in the 81st minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Old BaoBaB Accademy's Cesare Marcolongo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Angelo Boni. Angelo Boni yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. After a rather tough play, Farafulla FC's Van 张飞 got a free kick in the 93rd minute.
