Erasmo Veiga scored 2-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wojciech Ptaszek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 13 minutes into the game, DOROSTOL Ss's Desiderio Oliveiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wojciech Ptaszek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Wojciech Ptaszek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toshko Strezov in the 16th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Houston FF's goal looked a bit too open when Aimé Rispal came free, but Wojciech Ptaszek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-1.
