The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Daniel Fribäck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Wojciech Ptaszek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th minute of the match Unikurdos United F.C. got a corner. Houston FF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ortzi Goxenola ran over to the corner to take the kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Hever Zapatero advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-1 in the 6th minute. Wojciech Ptaszek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ortzi Goxenola in the 9th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Houston FF's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Fribäck came free, but Wojciech Ptaszek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wojciech Ptaszek came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Unikurdos United F.C.'s Daniel Fribäck. But to his dismay, Daniel Fribäck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Wojciech Ptaszek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Fribäck went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After 23 played minutes Houston FF got a freekick which was hit by Remigiusz Cuber. In the 26th minute, Hever Zapatero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Åke Bogren made in the 29th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Kåre Giöck immediately put the ball in play. Kåre Giöck's late challenge caught a Unikurdos United F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kåre Giöck helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st minute, Kåre Giöck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 34 minutes of play, Unikurdos United F.C.'s Daniel Fribäck made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wojciech Ptaszek was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wojciech Ptaszek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Fribäck, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Wojciech Ptaszek came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Unikurdos United F.C.'s Daniel Fribäck. But to his dismay, Daniel Fribäck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Fribäck in the 42nd minute of play forced Houston FF's goalkeeper Wojciech Ptaszek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tim Hjortberg charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tim Hjortberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wojciech Ptaszek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Fribäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Fribäck scored 0-6 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wojciech Ptaszek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Fribäck was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Houston FF's zone, Daniel Fribäck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wojciech Ptaszek came out of the goal and Daniel Fribäck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Unikurdos United F.C.'s Cristofor Gainza was substituted for Gaizka Mendieta. In the 60th minute, Marco Solo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wojciech Ptaszek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andoni Viso, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. When Unikurdos United F.C.'s Andoni Viso in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Houston FF's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rojelio Carrera in the 65th minute of play forced Houston FF's goalkeeper Wojciech Ptaszek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wojciech Ptaszek came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Unikurdos United F.C.'s Andoni Viso. But to his dismay, Andoni Viso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Rojelio Carrera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Wojciech Ptaszek made a huge save. Min Muller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sesuldo Teijelo having to interfere. Wojciech Ptaszek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hever Zapatero, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Cristofor Gainza hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Houston FF's Wojciech Ptaszek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andoni Viso in the 84th minute of play. Hever Zapatero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Wojciech Ptaszek made a huge save. In the 91st minute Hever Zapatero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wojciech Ptaszek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Unikurdos United F.C. were awarded a corner in the 92th minute after Houston FF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hever Zapatero took the corner. Tartalo Bazquez charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tartalo Bazquez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Unikurdos United F.C. getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Tartalo Bazquez hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Wojciech Ptaszek successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Unikurdos United F.C. played a much better game than Houston FF and deserved their victory. The Houston FF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
