André Onana was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Mei in the 16th minute of play forced Uzumaki FC's goalkeeper André Onana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mihăiţă Stolniceanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Baldemar Losantos made the kick off in the second half. Lyle Coppack showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armindo Amado in the 51st minute of the match. André Onana came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Adrián-Daniel Dobre. But to his dismay, Adrián-Daniel Dobre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-8. In the 60th minute Bartolo Cordoba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lyle Coppack saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Onana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihăiţă Stolniceanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After a rather tough play, Uzumaki FC's Richard Jespersson got a free kick in the 63rd minute. With his leg André Onana managed to avoid a goal in the 97thth minute, when Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Carlos Mei fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Uzumaki FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's performance. The match ended with a win for Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely.
