Benigno Lopes ran over to the corner to take the kick. Moisés Coutinho's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Juanita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Moisés Coutinho helped the player get up and apologised. After 58 played minutes Villa Mitre got a freekick which was hit by 孔政帆. A throw-in in the 63rd minute of the game was made by Romulo Pelayo with Gaspar Mateo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 68th minute Generoso Leocadio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danijel Subašić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atletico Juanita's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Benigno Lopes in the 71st minute. Benigno Lopes made a great header on Club Atletico Juanita's corner, it was just that Villa Mitre's Virgilio Sotil managed to reach the ball for a save. The Club Atletico Juanita supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Club Atletico Juanita would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
