Spectators: 165 (Terracing: 124, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) Esmeraldas S.C.'s İbrahim Volkan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind SAFA United's goalkeeper Jan Israel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Niki Borda might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan Israel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niki Borda ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 6th minute, Damian Maftei made a precise shot to the right of Jan Israel. SAFA United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jan Israel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martinez Cines in the 9th minute of play. Jan Israel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martinez Cines, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. İbrahim Volkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Israel having to interfere. After having played for 14 minutes, Niki Borda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esmeraldas S.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Niki Borda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 18 minutes of play, Esmeraldas S.C.'s İbrahim Volkan made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan Israel was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Martinez Cines managed to get in a good position for a shot. Esmeraldas S.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Martinez Cines was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan Israel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes into the match, Martinez Cines notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of SAFA United's Jan Israel. Jan Israel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 32 minutes into the match, Esmeraldas S.C.'s Damian Maftei sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan Israel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. İbrahim Volkan scored 0-4 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan Israel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Martinez Cines had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Damian Maftei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Esmeraldas S.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Damian Maftei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan Israel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ronald Hofman to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, SAFA United's Jan Israel got control of the ball when Niki Borda tried to sneak it across the goal line. Damian Maftei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martinez Cines took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan Israel. Jan Israel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Damian Maftei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jan Israel was a little too slow when Damian Maftei got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 0-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martinez Cines in the 65th minute of play forced SAFA United's goalkeeper Jan Israel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SAFA United's zone, Niki Borda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan Israel came out of the goal and Niki Borda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 69 minutes into the match, Niki Borda notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of SAFA United's Jan Israel. Jan Israel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. SAFA United made a substitution. Erik Vonk replaced Ronald Hofman. The throw-in from Ramos Marron in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SAFA United's Erik Vonk. In the 75th minute of the match Joost Reitsma sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aguinaga Nebot skillfully saved the ball. After 78 minutes SAFA United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Niki Borda who took care of the corner kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but İbrahim Volkan advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-9 in the 78th minute. SAFA United's Wilfred Veldman was substituted for Guus Schophuis. SAFA United made a substitution. Otto van Dijk replaced Dennis Holten. In the 85th minute, Niki Borda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 87th minute Stefanos Terzopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Israel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stefanos Terzopoulos scored 0-10 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan Israel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling İbrahim Volkan in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Israel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 92nd match minute, Esmeraldas S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefanos Terzopoulos to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 96 minutes, İbrahim Volkan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esmeraldas S.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but İbrahim Volkan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Esmeraldas S.C. played a much better game than SAFA United and deserved their victory. The SAFA United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
