Navigatii Bacău's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Navigatii Bacău's Vali Moșanu got a free kick in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 55 played minutes Jean Britton rounded Navigatii Bacău's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. Du Lei Bin missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 96 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Grigore Ozon right hand side. Sport Lisboa e Benfica's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
