In the 20th minute Victorino Tiniebra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fergus Maina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Carmelo Orkatz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience was convinced that Silverio Godoy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carmelo Orkatz was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. In the 48th minute Silverio Godoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Orkatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Venancio Inko was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute of the match El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa got a corner. Ämmer Sportfreaks's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Damian Tulio ran over to the corner to take the kick. 59 minutes into the match, Ämmer Sportfreaks's goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Inko came free, but Fergus Maina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victorino Tiniebra in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fergus Maina saved Ämmer Sportfreaks from getting behind. Carmelo Orkatz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gutierre Lauri's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Gutierre Lauri put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Carmelo Orkatz. 76 minutes into the match, El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's goal looked a bit too open when Gutierre Lauri came free, but Carmelo Orkatz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th match minute, El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cătălin Cârstoiu to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's goal looked a bit too open when Willem Rinert came free, but Carmelo Orkatz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute Luis Salbatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fergus Maina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
