The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rdth minute of the game Jero Rivera who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Foot Ball Club di Roma's Alvaro Pardini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Napoleón 2018's Edmílson Veloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Biagio Scoca in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th match minute, Napoleón 2018 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lisandro Vitin to maneuver through the defense. Edmílson Veloso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niccolo Zaniolo in the 9th minute. In the 12th match minute, Napoleón 2018 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prudencio Gai to maneuver through the defense. Yağız Ergünay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Napoleón 2018's Gregorio Garoa got a free kick in the 18th minute. Niccolo Zaniolo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Edmílson Veloso made a huge save. Napoleón 2018's Saturnino Johans got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th minute of the match, Niccolo Zaniolo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Edmílson Veloso was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Biagio Scoca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute Biagio Scoca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmílson Veloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Biagio Scoca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Edmílson Veloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saturnino Johans was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match Yağız Ergünay sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edmílson Veloso skillfully saved the ball. After some careless play in the Napoleón 2018 defense, Niccolo Zaniolo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edmílson Veloso. The Napoleón 2018 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edmílson Veloso should have stopped the shot. Foot Ball Club di Roma's Niccolo Zaniolo got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 58th match minute, Foot Ball Club di Roma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Biagio Scoca to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jero Rivera in the 60th minute of play forced Foot Ball Club di Roma's goalkeeper Alvaro Pardini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niccolo Zaniolo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Edmílson Veloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saturnino Johans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jero Rivera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Pardini having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Foot Ball Club di Roma's goal looked a bit too open when Isidro Llorian came free, but Alvaro Pardini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edmílson Veloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niccolo Zaniolo in the 75th minute of the match. Foot Ball Club di Roma's Alvaro Pardini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Foot Ball Club di Roma from getting a goal against them. When Jero Rivera came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Napoleón 2018 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jero Rivera couldn't finish the play. Edmílson Veloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Biagio Di Marco in the 81st minute of play. Edmílson Veloso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Biagio Scoca went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Foot Ball Club di Roma's Armando Ceresoli was substituted for Biagio Scoca. Alvaro Pardini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidro Llorian, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Edmílson Veloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bryan Cristante in the 91st minute of the match. When Foot Ball Club di Roma's Armando Ceresoli in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Napoleón 2018's goalie prevented a goal.
