After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Maicon Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Red Dragon FC - DMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Maicon Abreu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anton Becker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 5 minutes into the game, Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Adrianinho Ramos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anton Becker made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The audience was convinced that Maicon Abreu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anton Becker was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. When Maicon Abreu came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Red Dragon FC - DMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maicon Abreu couldn't finish the play. 14 minutes into the match, Maicon Abreu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anton Becker. ANAFARTALAR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maicon Abreu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. When Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Maicon Abreu in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ANAFARTALAR's goalie prevented a goal. Arí Negri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Maicon Abreu put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Anton Becker. Anton Becker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maicon Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maicon Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arí Negri scored 0-5 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anton Becker, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anton Becker came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Maicon Abreu. But to his dismay, Maicon Abreu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 34th minute Adrianinho Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Becker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Robinho Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to ANAFARTALAR getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. The Red Dragon FC - DMZ fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Maicon Abreu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the ANAFARTALAR defense, Filip Felenak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anton Becker. The ANAFARTALAR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anton Becker should have stopped the shot.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maicon Abreu made a kick off. After 50 minutes, Maicon Abreu made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. ANAFARTALAR's Anton Becker tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Maicon Abreus short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Anton Becker to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in ANAFARTALAR's zone, Filip Felenak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anton Becker came out of the goal and Filip Felenak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filip Felenak took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anton Becker. Anton Becker dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-11. Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Maicon Abreu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 65th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 71 minutes, Maicon Abreu made it 0-13 with a short kick to the right side. ANAFARTALAR's Anton Becker tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Maicon Abreus short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Anton Becker to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 79 minutes into the game, Maicon Abreu lined in a short shot 0-14 behind a frustrated Anton Becker. Anton Becker stood somewhat misplaced when Maicon Abreu came free in front of goal and shot 0-15 to the left of him in the 83 minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Maicon Abreu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anton Becker. That made the score 0-16 after 87 minutes of play. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 0-17 when Maicon Abreu sped through ANAFARTALAR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anton Becker. When Maicon Abreu came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Red Dragon FC - DMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maicon Abreu couldn't finish the play. Red Dragon FC - DMZ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
