Anibal Erlantz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stanislaw Krzynowek went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Alejo Ferdinand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to EL CORTO FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Tonhão Basso hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Šale Roura took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Nicolas Perrando to make any attempt to save it. Donato Elivareo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The supporters of Deportivo Kadorna booed when EL CORTO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Kauldi didn't get a good kick on the ball.
