After some careless play in the ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ defense, Fausto Mendonça kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Benavides. The ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Benavides should have stopped the shot. Fausto Mendonça received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Raigo Vananurm was extremely unlucky when he, in the 30th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Fausto Mendonça could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Juan Benavides made a huge save. Juan Benavides stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fausto Mendonça's shot from short distance in the 34th minute.
