The audience thought a goal was coming when Dalmacio Llorian got free with Elias Arnedo in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The corner ended in Leigh Gibbons almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's Elias Arnedo did a great save. Dalmacio Llorian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Elias Arnedo made a huge save. Elias Arnedo made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Dalmacio Llorian sent off a good shot on target. Leonel Cefero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Sosa in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Sandro Viking hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Leigh Gibbons from long distance, 23 minutes into the match, got Elias Arnedo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Elias Arnedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerardo Abeitia in the 29th minute. Elias Arnedo made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Gerardo Abeitia sent off a good shot on target. Leonel Cefero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Sosa in the 32nd minute of the match. Leonel Cefero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Sosa in the 36th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's Rubio Irala got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 43 minutes into the match, Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's goalkeeper Elias Arnedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerardo Abeitia. After some careless play in the Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre defense, Gerardo Abeitia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elias Arnedo. The Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elias Arnedo should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gerardo Abeitia to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Abeitia came free, but Elias Arnedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 57 played minutes Chamaicó got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Rocio. With a little luck, Chamaicó's Leonel Cefero got control of the ball when Sandro Viking tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dalmacio Llorian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Elias Arnedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Chamaicó's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Sosa came free, but Leonel Cefero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Ismael Cordarrel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chamaicó's supporters rose to their feet, but Ismael Cordarrel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elias Arnedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 72 minutes, Rögnvaldur Bjarmarsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chamaicó's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rögnvaldur Bjarmarsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonel Cefero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Sosa in the 77th minute of play. Elias Arnedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalmacio Llorian, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Gerardo Abeitia scored 2-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elias Arnedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gerardo Abeitia took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elias Arnedo. Elias Arnedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Gerardo Abeitia sped through Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Elias Arnedo. Elias Arnedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerardo Abeitia in the 91st minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Ismael Cordarrel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elias Arnedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Chamaicó walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
