With a couple of smart ball manuevers Krister Jonsson in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edinho Paraíba saved Maverick Futebol Clube from getting behind. In the 11th minute Iraklis Rapanos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edinho Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Cacá Cavalcante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Krister Jonsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Edinho Paraíba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edinho Paraíba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krister Jonsson in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krister Jonsson in the 20th minute of play forced Maverick Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Edinho Paraíba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match Lite Finare Lite Bättre got a corner. Maverick Futebol Clube's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tord Stolpe ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Lite Finare Lite Bättre's corner Tord Stolpe fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Edinho Paraíba quite easily take care of the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Maverick Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Krister Jonsson came free, but Edinho Paraíba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Krister Jonsson to make the kick off. A collision led to Maverick Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Tawfiq Ajram hit a great ball. Krister Jonsson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Edinho Paraíba firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 64 minutes Maverick Futebol Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. Despite this Edinho Paraíba quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Lite Finare Lite Bättre's Kjell Lövkvist got a free kick in the 67th minute. With a little luck, Maverick Futebol Clube's Edinho Paraíba got control of the ball when Krister Jonsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maverick Futebol Clube's Deivid Goiano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Peter Belkå in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Wit Chuchro scored 1-4 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Peter Belkå, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lite Finare Lite Bättre's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
