An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Stenman in the 2nd minute of play forced Itaberaba's goalkeeper Vinícius Sergipano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonardo Hedlund got free with Vinícius Sergipano in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vinícius Sergipano was a little too slow when Mark Stenman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-1. Itaberaba's Vinícius Sergipano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Itaberaba from getting a goal against them. Karl-Oskar Eriksson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vinícius Sergipano came out and tried to block the shot, but Karl-Oskar Eriksson slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 22nd minute. Karl-Oskar Eriksson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vinícius Sergipano firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 33rd minute, Lillbo BK's Karl-Oskar Eriksson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vinícius Sergipano. Vinícius Sergipano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. Itaberaba's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Evaristo Dracena in the 37th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Tostão Barreto heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Vinícius Sergipano made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when David Frisck sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Itaberaba booed when Lillbo BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Stenman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Patrick Tepedino was the one to do the kick off. Vinícius Sergipano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mark Stenman's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Vinícius Sergipano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Frisck in the 53rd minute of the match. When Aksel Tønnessen fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lillbo BK's protests and gave Aksel Tønnessen a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Itaberaba booed when Lillbo BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aksel Tønnessen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lillbo BK's Dennis Josefsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tostão Barreto in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Stenman in the 62nd minute of play forced Itaberaba's goalkeeper Vinícius Sergipano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Itaberaba defense, Karl-Oskar Eriksson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vinícius Sergipano. The Itaberaba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vinícius Sergipano should have stopped the shot. In the 76th minute David Frisck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinícius Sergipano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vinícius Sergipano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Stenman in the 78th minute of play. Lillbo BK were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Itaberaba's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kalle Lööf took the corner. A collision led to Itaberaba getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Tostão Barreto hit a great ball. Lillbo BK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
