The Equipo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Mehat Kovaçi might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Freddie Mattsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mehat Kovaçi ran back to his position shaking his head. Freddie Mattsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehat Kovaçi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Mehat Kovaçi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Freddie Mattsson was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. In the 44th minute Mehat Kovaçi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddie Mattsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zadornin Elin made in the 46th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ivo Calado however managed to control. After the first half Equipo were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pål Bratt to make the kick off. Mehat Kovaçi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Freddie Mattsson having to make a save. 54 minutes into the match, Equipo's Mehat Kovaçi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Freddie Mattsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 56 minutes, Mehat Kovaçi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Equipo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehat Kovaçi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mehat Kovaçi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Freddie Mattsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Mehat Kovaçi slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 61st minute. Ismael Furman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivo Calado, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. If Mehat Kovaçi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vilhelm Berg charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vilhelm Berg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 77 played minutes The Green Fairies got a freekick which was hit by Vilhelm Berg. The Green Fairies's Vincent Mossberg was substituted for Ivo Calado. A collision led to The Green Fairies getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Vilhelm Berg hit a great ball. Zadornin Elin made in the 80th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ralf Västlund. Vincent Mossberg's late challenge caught a Equipo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vincent Mossberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st match minute, The Green Fairies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincent Mossberg to maneuver through the defense. After 84 minutes of play The Green Fairies's Vincent Mossberg was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground.
