Ricardinho Moreira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gil Talavera in the 30th minute. 34 minutes into the match, Dragões de Campo Grande's goal looked a bit too open when Dag Olofsson came free, but Ricardinho Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emilian Bâlea charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emilian Bâlea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Dragões de Campo Grande booed when FC Blåvitt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilian Bâlea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Staffan Sundén scored 3-0 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardinho Moreira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gil Talavera made the kick off in the second half. Dragões de Campo Grande's Ricardinho Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gil Talavera in the 89th minute of play. Ricardinho Moreira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aydemir Kerem went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. FC Blåvitt had played much better football throughout.
