Martin Ericsson's late challenge caught a Stowe City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. A hard shot by İsmail Pekşen from long distance, 15 minutes into the match, got Hannes Sandwall's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. İsmail Pekşen spun around in front of the goal 17 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Leicester Foxes Academy's goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Gol in the 20th minute of play forced Stowe City's goalkeeper Kaj Helström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, Emmanuel Stroh reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hannes Sandwall. The goal made the score 1-0. With a little luck, Leicester Foxes Academy's Hannes Sandwall got control of the ball when Niles Crane tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kaj Helström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Drake in the 36th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Emmanuel Stroh's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hannes Sandwall was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stowe City made a substitution. Leo Bingham replaced İsmail Pekşen. Stowe City's Ward Neal was substituted for Miguel Masters. 77 minutes into the match, Leicester Foxes Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Niles Crane came free, but Hannes Sandwall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Niles Crane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stowe City's Weston Armenta was substituted for Nils-Emil Tunström. Kaj Helström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Drake in the 93rd minute of the match.
