In the 8th of the match, Delmiro Etxekopar tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Marcelo Lomba got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 10th minute, Alberto Verna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the match, Esporte Club Bahia's goalkeeper Marcelo Lomba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bolli Boll. Arturo Zapolski might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelo Lomba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arturo Zapolski ran back to his position shaking his head. Esporte Club Bahia's Marcelo Lomba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Esporte Club Bahia from getting a goal against them. Marcelo Lomba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bolli Boll in the 21st minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Mats Möllgren threw the ball into play from the sideline. Arturo Zapolski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 31 minutes into the match, Arturo Zapolski notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Esporte Club Bahia's Marcelo Lomba. Marcelo Lomba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 34th minute Tiago Xavier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Leiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Bolli Boll took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Marcelo Lomba to make any attempt to save it. In the 46thth minute of the game Arturo Zapolski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Esporte Club Bahia's Marcelo Lomba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arturo Zapolski to strike the kick off in the second half. Arturo Zapolski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Lomba having to interfere. In the 68th minute Arturo Zapolski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Lomba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arturo Zapolski took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelo Lomba. Marcelo Lomba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. After having played for 75 minutes, Arturo Zapolski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LEBEG Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arturo Zapolski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arturo Zapolski in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelo Lomba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcelo Lomba didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arturo Zapolski went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Esporte Club Bahia getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Mats Möllgren hit a great ball. LEBEG Team's Angel Maura managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mats Möllgren in the 85 minute of the game. Arturo Zapolski took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelo Lomba. Marcelo Lomba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. Esporte Club Bahia's Marcelo Lomba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Zapolski in the 88th minute of play. Arturo Zapolski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Lomba having to interfere. The supporters of LEBEG Team booed when Esporte Club Bahia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean Sampaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 98 minutes into the game, LEBEG Team's Arturo Zapolski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelo Lomba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. LEBEG Team had won after a very even match.
